Tim Sullivan is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice area. His practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals, primarily in the areas of construction, commercial, employment, probate and real estate disputes. He primarily serves commercial and industrial contractors, owners and subcontractors. Tim also represents physicians and clinics and has served as general counsel to LifeSource (the Upper Midwest Organ Procurement Organization) since its inception. He has worked on many bid disputes, OSHA cases and commercial and construction cases establishing new and helpful principles for his clients. He has extensive experience with estate and shareholder disputes.

Tim is a senior fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He has also been included among The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Construction Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. Specifically in 2014 Best Lawyers named Tim as the 2014 Lawyer of the Year for Construction in Minneapolis, MN.
