Drawing on over 35 years of practice experience, Mark Williams provides guidance to large national and international corporations, regional businesses and entrepreneurial ventures on wide-ranging litigation, general business, and transactional matters.

Mark serves as trial counsel and advisor on large-figure, corporate governance, officer and director liability, business tort, commercial, financial institution, and telecommunications matters. He represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He acts as counsel to clients facing regulatory proceedings before federal, state, and local government agencies.
